I was really sick with a cold this past weekend and even had to use a sick day this week. In turn, I borderline overdosed on Theraflu and watched an incredible amount of Netflix. I have started watching Breaking Bad, which I know has been on for awhile, but I hadn't been on that band wagon. I've heard what its about ( a meth cooking Chemistry teacher) and how amazing it is, but until now, I had no idea. It is ah-mazing. Bryan Cranston is incredible, but Aaron Paul is my latest obsession. He does such an insane job playing a punk of a junkie, but in around season 2, I just got this crazy crush on him. Hair Inspiration

So, I am officially growing my hair out. About 2 years ago, I let my hair get the longest that it has ever been, and then I chopped almost 12 inches of it off to donate to locks of love. That was a lot of hair! I have always been a fan of the chin length bob my whole life. But now that my hair is touching my shoulders, in that weird- not long but not short length, I'm just going to let it grow. Maybe now that I'm not in scrubs everyday, I can actually fix it and not just throw it up in a giant mess on top of my head. There is nothing more stylish than a cute, fitted blazer. I recently picked up 2 lighter weight blazers at Target on the sale rack. I am so so excited to see this movie. From the second I watched the preview, I have been dying for it to come out. There are so many stars in this movie. I love Steve Carell, particularly when he's not trying to be funny (Dan in Real Life, so good!) plus Emma Stone, & Ryan Gosling. I love Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone together, they seem like they would have the best chemistry. I will be in line Friday night to see it, can't wait!

{Oscars 2011}

Its a rainy, grey day, and I am so excited that the Oscar's are on tonight. I am going to watch the whole shebang, from the red carpet to the after party show. They are trying to reach out to a younger audience this year by having Anne Hathaway and James Franco host and I think it will be great. I love both of them separately so together I'm sure will be awesome. The promos have been hysterical this year, showing them getting ready to host by training "Rocky" style. I will be planted on my couch absorbing all of the Hollywood glamour. How awesome would it be to live in the LA area and know that this is happening right around the corner?! Can't wait to see all of the fashion, stars, & speeches.

{Celebrity Crush: Jeff Bridges}

This is my second post on celebrity crushes that I have. Like I warned previously, they are not your average crushes. Case in point: Jeff Bridges. Love him. He is so ruggedly handsome. I actually dig him more with a beard a la' Crazy Heart more than anything. There is just something about him. I can even see it in "The Dude". I recently saw True Grit with my family (its rare to get my dad in the theater unless its something grand) and it was incredible. I read the book, but never saw the original with John Wayne. But, I can tell you that Jeff Bridges is amazing!! I was really disappointed when this entire move got snubbed at the Golden Globes, but found out that he is nominated for an Oscar!! He won last year for Crazy Heart and his speech was so great. He really seems to be in love with his wife who he has been married to forever and one of his daughters is actually his assistant. I think that is part of what makes him so attractive.{True Grit, if you haven't seen it, go see it!!}

I am getting a little anxious to go somewhere. Anywhere. I just want to travel. I know I won't be for awhile with school starting, so it makes it even worse. Other than a couple of weekend trips, it looks like I am landlocked for awhile. Here are a couple of starlets dressed to impress while they travel. I go back & forth on whether to dress to the nines, I mean you never know who you might see or meet, or go casual. I wore a dress once on my way to California, I thought it was so cute, until it was completely wrinkled by them time I got to my destination and I had to go through a security check where they blow air all around you in a clear box (no I'm not making this up), and my dress blew up. Reese Witherspoon is back with a cute new movie. She is so freaking cute. I usually think brunettes are always prettier than blondes, but she is just adorable. I always love her hair, whether its short or long. I loved when she was with Jake Gyllenhall, I thought they were the cutest couple.

This new movie, How do you Know? is directed my James Brooks, who did Terms of Endearment, As Good as it Gets, along with a million other well known TV shows and movies. It looks really cute, and how can you resist Owen Wilson, he is the best.

I have a confession. I have a secret crush on Zach Galafianakis. I love him. I love his beard. I just want to hang out with him all day. Am I alone on this? I highly doubt it. He has had a few bit roles in the past, but really broke out when he was in The Hangover. So freaking funny. He is everywhere lately though. I'm happy for him, but, now everyone is going to be crushing on him.So excited for Hangover 2, hope they don't overdo it. I heard that it takes place in Thailand.

Saw Due Date when I was in Cali, pretty funny. Love both of those guys. I teared up in this scene (that's his dad's ashes on the floor)

the most hilarious stand up I have ever seen. He is drunk through the entire thing, but plays the piano beautifully.

Zach hosted SNL this past summer, you could tell which skits he had anything to do with, the one where he is the beauty queen's dad. I died laughing.
